Archangel Ariel is a loving, free-spirited Archangel associated with nature, animals and elemental beings.
She is most closely associated with the lion and is known as “The Lion of God” although I refer to her as “The Lioness of God.” As with all Archangels, they can be seen as either male or female in their nature. I see Ariel as a female. To me she has very feminine energy and qualities.
I envision her almost like a fairy with her playful, gentle nature. Her sacred color is pink but I also see yellow around her. In this painting, she sits in a meadow surround by colorful flowers and tall trees. She sits with her arm loving around a lioness, her sacred animal. The sun shines down on them through the trees. Her wings are a deep pink color and she wears flowers in her hair.
Angels are actually light beings.
They don’t look like humans in their natural form. Although they appear to us in the ways we are most comfortable seeing them. And that is usually in human form. Anytime I work with an angel or Archangel, I’m filled with an energy of unconditional love. It is such a pure, light energy that it brings tears to my eyes most of the time. To embody such a loving energy is something that is indescribable in words. It must be felt in order to be understood. If you are someone who has not really experienced unconditional love in your life, connecting with the angelic realm will help you to feel that love. They have no conditions for their love.
They love all of us equally exactly as we are.
We, as spiritual beings in human bodies, are perfect in their eyes. They are here to show us that love is really all there is and love is really what matters. If you would like to connect with the energy of the angelic realm, check out the YouTube channel by Lisa Beachy. She has the most beautiful angel meditations I’ve ever done. For those of you who like to connect with Archangel Ariel, prints of this piece can be found in my shop. I will be adding more Archangels to my shop over the next few months.
